1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between MOONSOON (company JULYONE SRL) and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the website www.moonsoon.world (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”). They define the rights and obligations of each party.

2. Products

MOONSOON offers handmade, artisanal jewelry, possibly personalized or custom-made.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product descriptions and photos are indicative and may show slight variations (e.g., in natural stones).

In case of error, MOONSOON cannot be held liable.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), VAT included (21% Belgian VAT).

Shipping costs are additional and calculated based on the destination country.

For customers outside Europe, import duties and taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer, who is the official importer.

MOONSOON reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

An order is confirmed once payment is received. The Customer receives a confirmation email with order details.

5. Payment

5.1 Methods

Secure payment by MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, iDeal, Bancontact, or bank transfer.

Availability may vary by country.

Payment is due at the time of order.

5.2 Security

Payments are processed through secure systems (SSL) by trusted financial providers.

5.3 Promotional Codes

Not combinable with other offers or promotions.
Not valid for past orders, nor exchangeable for cash.
Must be entered before confirming the order.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination.

Please note: The above delivery times should be considered as estimated delivery times and cannot be considered as definitive or guaranteed delivery times.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and should provide a phone number if possible.
MOONSOON cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without justification, by notifying MOONSOON via email (shop@moonsoon.world).

The Customer then has 14 days to return the products, at their own expense.

8. Returns

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged.
Customized, made-to-order, or discounted items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Proof of purchase is required.
For international returns: customs duties are non-refundable. If duties are refused, return and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
Returns without prior notice within 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.

10. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned products, a confirmation email is sent. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

11. Warranty and Liability

12-month compliance warranty from purchase date.
Does not cover: misuse, negligence, normal wear, unauthorized modifications, or fire/water damage.
MOONSOON may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.
Return shipping for warranty claims is at the Customer’s expense.

12. Damaged, Incomplete, or Missing Products

Customer must notify MOONSOON within 48h for damaged, missing, or incomplete products.
MOONSOON will initiate a claim procedure with the carrier.
Without notification or unauthorized returns, no refund will be issued.
