Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, simply notify us of your decision by email at: shop@moonsoon.world
before this period expires.

Once your request is accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to the address below.

Return Conditions

• Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).
• We do not accept returns for products sent without prior notification within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
• Sale items or items purchased with a promo code cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective.

Refund

• Once the items are received and inspected, our customer service will send you a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, directly to the card used for purchase.
• Initial delivery fees, PayPal fees, international taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.

International Orders & Returns

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import taxes, or other duties may be charged by your country’s authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are separate from the shipping fees charged on our site. We have no control over these additional fees and cannot refund them in case of return.

Important:

• If customs fees are refused by the buyer, the package may be returned to our address in Belgium.
• If the package is returned to us for this reason, return shipping fees as well as any customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that our non-EU customers check with their local customs authorities before placing an order.

Faulty or damaged items

We do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our jewellery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours at shop@moonsoon.world

2. Attach a photo of the item concerned

3. We will cover the cost of returning the item and will either replace it or give you a full refund, depending on your choice.
