At MOONSOON, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with great care, with special attention to detail, material quality, and the beauty of the finish.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece. That’s why we offer a 12-month conformity guarantee on all items purchased at full price.

What the guarantee covers

Our guarantee applies to manufacturing or material defects identified under normal conditions of use, for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Examples covered:

– a clasp that no longer holds,
– a broken solder,
– a component that has come loose.

If your piece presents one of these issues, we’ll repair it for you free of charge.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Our jewelry is handcrafted and made with natural gemstones. Slight variations in texture, shape, or finish may occur — they are part of the charm and uniqueness of each creation, and are not considered defects.

What the guarantee does not cover

Some damages are not covered by the guarantee, such as:

– normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, deformation),
– damage from improper handling,
– exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, or jacuzzis,
– loss of gemstones or components.

🛈 Any modification, improper use, or excessive damage may void the guarantee, at the discretion of our workshop.

For any request, please email us at shop@moonsoon.world, including your order number and a photo of the damaged piece. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to assist you.

Please note: Shipping costs related to a repair or replacement under warranty are your responsibility. Lost or stolen items are not covered.
