Shipping policy
Orders placed before 2 pm (CET) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm are processed the next business day.
We need 1-2 business days to lovingly prepare your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, you’ll receive an email with tracking info – so you can follow every step of the delivery.
All items are shipped together in one secure package per address (no partial deliveries).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
🛈 Gift cards are sent by email and are not included in the shipping cost calculation.
