Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our handmade jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return your order under the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at shop@moonsoon.world before the 14-day period expires.

Once your request is accepted, you have an additional 14 days to send back the item(s) to the return address below.

Return Conditions

Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).
Returns without prior notification within 14 days of receipt cannot be accepted.ays of receipt.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Personalized or custom-made items jewellery.
Items on sale or purchased with a promotional code (unless legally required in your country).

Restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective or faulty items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund

Once the items are received and inspected, we will confirm by email.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Initial delivery fees, PayPal fees, international taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.

International Orders & Customs Duties

For orders outside the European Union:

Customs fees, import taxes, or other duties may be charged by your country’s authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are separate from the shipping fees charged on our site.
We have no control over these additional fees and cannot refund them in case of return.

Important:

If customs fees are refused by the buyer, the package may be returned to our address in Belgium.
If the package is returned to us for this reason, return shipping fees as well as any customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that our non-EU customers check with their local customs authorities before placing an order.

Faulty or damaged items

We do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our jewellery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

We will cover the return costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
