Please complete the following form to submit your request to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you decide to return the product within this period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The 14-day cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal do not apply to made-to-order and personalized products.
